Norton antivirus 2k2 problems

Hola, I seem to be running into some problems with norton antivirus 2002. Occaisionally, after a reboot, the auto protect feature will stop working and not allow itself to be enabled, it will only work again after several reboots (no constant number, some times one, sometimes 5). Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Thanks much for any info

I'm also running Nav 2002, and have had no problems at all. Have you tried uninstall/reinstall?
