no vice sound

in blood rayne it is set to use my aduigy card but when i play it and there is dialog i cant hear them talking, and it says taht i should, there mouthes move and all but no voice. just anouter thing tho, when i am playing it for a wile i get a very high pitch noise and then it goes away and then comes back and it is really really annoying

has anyone had this happen to them or does anyonen know who to fix this??

did you try to run dxdiag?or idsable the EAX(iif it's enabled)
