"no thread specified" bug

just about every day, I get "no thread specified" when posting or editing.

then a refresh does the trick

We are using a pre-release of Vbulletin, hopefully it will be fixed once we hit 3.0.0
But then I also never saw it, but then there are so many browser setups these days it could be anything 🙂

Thread management etc comes from URLs now, and the URLs are passed to the browser from the forum software, I don't think this one could be pinned on the browser.

(just for reference, still haven't come across it yet.)

I am the only one that gets this.

I'm beginning to think that it's got to do with my "tab+enter" method of posting...probably when this happens, the focus is not in the reply box, so tab takes me somwhere other then post

in other words, it's me, not the board

Nope, I Tab>Enter post too. It's quicker than reaching for the mouse 😀

I use a laptop.

what I'm saying is that sometimes becasue of this touch pad, focus switches without me noticing it becasue I brush the touchpad

I think I am in the wrong focus when this happens
