no internet

Hi can any please help me i have a wireless network to 2 comp upstairs both have a wireless network that is working but one connects to the internet and the other one does not any one any ideas

what kind of internet connection do you have? DSL? Cable?

How is everything connected (ie: what is connected to what?)

sorry ntl cable connected into wireless router wireless router connected by ethernet cable to main comp downstairs wireless connection to my lap top which works ,comp upstairs which shows network connection and internet by wireless and the other comp which shows wireless connection but no internet connection

Can you ping an external address, ie google? Any firewalls in place?
