No Customize Tab on Folder Properties

I have just got a new machine (XP Pro pre-installed) and it does not have a Customize Tab on the Folder Properties. Instead there is a Security Tab.

Can anyone tell me how to enable the customize option as I do a lot of grahic work and need Picture Folders.

What do you mean "need Picture Folders."

You could go into the folder and click view -> Thumbnails

Or else you can

right click the folder -> properties -> Customize and choose a different Icon. etc

I think you want the second but I am not sure.
