I just found DbPowerAmp does conversions to and from most audio formats, integrates with Windows Explorer right click menus and when accessing the proggie from the start menu does batch conversions. Uses the LAME encoder 3.wutevah for mp3 encoding. Also will rip cds to MP3, but EAC + LAME/Razor LAME = MP3 lovin's

Was looking for a WMA to MP3 converter and it's nice to find just what you were looking for in a freeware. I'm big on right click integration.
