News server access issues

I recently replace my router with a DI-624, now i am unable to access news servers, port 119 on one of my PC's. My 2 other PC can access it fine.

For testing i have setup a LAN Only News server, and the problem pc can get to it fine.

If i plug the problem PC directly into the cable modem, i can get to the news server...

Any ideas?
