Not a newbie to computers but i am a newbie to win xp..

What do i need to know after installing xp.. upgrades/tweaks..

i have already disabled error checking and auto restart..

what else should i know about..

Windows update has to go, the retarted firewall, messanger, take the crap out of the startup, and check the services

good tweaks for any win product...try it out but get a pot of coffee going gonna be there awhile.

Get x-setup from xteq. It's clearly the top xp tweaking utility - just be sure to back up your registry before making ANY tweaks.
