Ok, I'll settle for showing you my ID in private before I enter the restaurant so I can keep my dignity.

One guy refused to serve me because I didn't have Washington State drivers ID, until I pointed out that they weren't really going to give me one and just give me a damn coke. To which I got a beer ;D
 
I'm a classically trained chef, you know, the fancy French kind, but love Italian and Pacific Northwest cuisine. My restaurant is upscaler organic with a Northwest twist. Big emphasis on fresh, organic vegetarian choices. I'll be adding some meat, poultry, and seafood to a new dinner menu.
 
Good luck with it. Let us know when you are open for business, mabey we can get some osnn members to come join you at your restaurant for a OSNN meetup.
