New tv..

I have a Sony model... I don't remember, that upscales. It looks great. Now If I remember correctly it upscale when you have the DVD player connected to your HDTV with a HDMI cable. I don't remember if you get the upscale with composite cables or not. But definitely with HDMI cable. Enjoy the new luv of your life. :D

YES, ill look into those! Lost was amazing on the tube!!! I got most of my settings down, the anti-burn runs every minute (cant see it, i guess it runs behind what we see, refreshed the color..idk), but im way happy!

Also i have a first gen xbox, is there a hdtv adapter for that?

Not totally in the market for a new tv yet, but have some idea as to what I'm looking for so does anybody know if these even exist. 20inch 1080P 120Hz lcd tv?

Well not directly related to this outside of the fact the end of plasma tv's has been discussed here and I saw this.

Experts foresee the end of plasma technology

Hmmm... Looks like only in the US, maybe.

And then there's this.

So maybe there are some manufacturers that want to go to LCD or are already there, but there are still manufacturers that do Plasma.

Hey, I like Plasma.

LCD's are the way to go for high def for anything under 42 inches... Plasma for anything above 42"... as a general rule...

There are currently no substrates available to the general public for anything over 65" in the way of LCDs... Plasmas are available all the way up to 105...

They are still amazing despite their cost...

Just my $.02...

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
