New Sound Card

I'm looking to upgrade from my SB Live! to something more advanced. Gaming isn't really something I do a lot of, but high qaulity audio is what i'd be looking for..

I've also got Cambridge Soundworks 5.1 speakers, but will be upgrading them soon, so any recommendations?

1. ~ 67 Euro = Audigy Player
2. ~ 220 Euro = Audigy 2

the M-Audio Revolution is the best card for most domestic uses... it's rather cheap too stay away from the Audigys

Go for an Audigy 2 card simply the best card currently availble in terms of quality (superb Snr) before you go up to the silly money PRO cards. Beware the audigy 1 cards can be diffacult with XP

That would be for the Platinum version (with drive bay)

The sound card alone is much cheaper (about 130€) and it's even less if you're in North America :happy:
