New RAM on Pentium 4

Im thinking about getting more RAM on my Pentium 4 1.3Ghz computer and i was just wondering what RAM i would need to buy for the Pentium 4 processor? Do i need to get RIMM Ram? Or can i get any ram that i can find in the shop. At the moment, i have 128MB RAM... i think its RIMM. Is there anyway inwhich i can find out what type of RAM it is without opening the PC (i dont wanna void the warenty)
