New PC XP problem

When my cousin turns on her pc and trys to play a game like pac man or monopoly casino it loads but than minimizes right back to desktop how can i fix this for her? i ve updated drivers and tried unistall/reinstall without luck.

neither i got it working i had to set the bit rate from 16 to 32 for some reason it was fukzored
