According to the readme, here's what's different.
* multi-record in now works
* having electret mic plugged in while booting up no longer pops
* digital cd in stable/added Control Panel option to turn on/off
* pop while resuming playback from s3 resolved. Play MMJB or Winamp, sleep, wake.
They seem to be working fine. (fingers crossed)
