New backup program

I would second this. Although we use Norton Images at work, well used to, as we use a SCCM system now, I would highly recommend acronis as it works unlike some versions of ghost and does not break the bank.

I have more experience with Symantec/Veritas Back up Exec, I also worked on the deployments so knew how easy it was to build a workstation from the ground up so - gladly - didn't have to back those up.
