Ok I need help with my computers. I have a Win xp computer and a Win ME computer. I have a hub and every thing is connected. I can't get my computers to connect to the web(DSL) at the same time. I am able to share files but no internet. I can get both to share the web but my Win xp computer needs to be on. Is there any way to share the internet with a hub?

no, u have to use a dsl/cable router.

or use ICS through the Win XP machine🙁

I had the same problem. I naively thought I could share an internet connection through a switch.

I bought a NETGEAR RT314 and within 10 mins I was surfin with both PC's. Do bear in mind the router takes a bit of configuring.
