ERRR NM, IT DIDen work, any one know how to share a NTFS protected dir on Windows XP ?

What OS are you sharing it with? Sharing directories on XP is easy using the Home Networking Wizard. That's where I would start. If you don't want to use the wizard, list the OS's that are trying to connect to the WinXP machine.

first you need to be loged in as a administrator. Open computer management and share it from there.
