If the network icon is by the clock then just click or right-click on it. The other way is through control panel.

go to where you set the computer name...

(right click My Computer and select properties)

go to "Computer Name" and change the WORKGROUP to a common name. If your computer is on the same router and have the similar IP addresses ... 192.169.1.XXX if they all have that, and different "XXX"s

find: MY NETWORK PLACES... and "Set up a home or small office network"

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
