Netstat in XP

I have a small problem. The thing is I did netstat in my Windows XP and I got this:

TCP cyberchat:1363 xp.mcafee.com:http ESTABLISHED

What is this? I dont run any antivirus programs and I wasnt looking at any webpages so I am a bit puzzled. Is Mcafee spying on XP users or what?
I want to get rid of this, if anyone can help it would be much apreciated. Thanks

i didn't even get netstat to work, it would load then quit imediately....

did you have any problems?

oh.. that could be mcaffe updating itself... ?
i dunno, i use norton here
