ok so I can't download the .NET Framework from windowsupdate and I can't download anything from windows update frankly. I was using IE and everything but it just won't work...I get the auto downloads for critical updates since my windows update doesn't work so is there anywhere else to get the .NET Framework anywhere or a way to fix my windows update

windows XP...I'm downloading the AutoXPPatcher that BlueRaja posted from NEOwin so we'll see how this goes...any suggestions would be great dub

check your Add Remove programs.. im pretty sure you already have it. if not, you can use their Catalog..

for their catlog:

1. Goto WindowsUpdate.com
2. Click "Personalize Windows Updates" from "Other Options" in the right hand side menu.
3. tick "Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under See Also
4. click "Windows Catalog" under the "See Also" in the right hand side menu
5. insert your information
6. find the .Net Framework update to 1.1.4322

well dub I didn't have it before but I have it now after installing the AutoPatcher XP from Neowin.net that blueraja posted...thanks for the help
