I have the latest copy of Nero ,in previous versions it would let you copy from a boughten
cd to a blank cd,while this is still possible ,it will not access the data base like it would in past versions so I can tag the blank cd.
It says a database error has occurred even though I have copied the same cd in the past.
Has anyone else experienced this?
is there an alternative method?

I think theres an option somewhere to rebuild your database

You have nero set up to look for a local freedb. you need to set it to look for an external freedb database (unless you really want to download the whole database, it's over 1 gig extracted). Make sure you set it up correctly with an email addy and everything.

1) You have to have the email box checked and active (you can use a bogus email: aaa@bbb.com)

2) If you don't use the user database, just untick that also.

dreamliner -i'm afraid i am not very experienced at switching servers like you suggest ,i'm not really sure how to change servers.
could explain to me how to do this.
thanks

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?

Impressed you have kept this alive this long EP! So many sites have come and gone. :(

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
