NERO BURNER asking for burning rights???!!

Hello all,
Nero worked fine for me for a while, then today it tells me it needs burning rights to burn cds!
Now i cant burn a cd within nero...windows xp built in burner works, but lacks feautres.

Any ideas?

Make sure that the NeroSVC service is started and has been setup to start automatically.🙂

Well...im the only user on this computer...and it used to work under this account name....

Yeah, I neva seen Nerosvcs either... Where di you go for it?

I had some problems in installation of Nero, but it has worked fine since then... You sure its the latest version? You can always check Nero Tech Support (tell 'em its an "eval" - in case you got it thru less than honorable means 😉

Neros tech support gives me a php error 🙁 i think they need some tech support lol 😛


And this nero 5.5 came with my cd-r so it is legit...hehe...

Had the same problem. Tech support said that this feature was removed from later versions because of broblems. They didnt actually give me a fix so I installed a later version and used my activation code from my own copy. Since then I just install the updates over this. 😀
