Most of the time when I try to start this program, Xp crashes and reboots, but sometimes it works fine,has anyone else encountered this problem. ??? Please Help

id try uninstalling then re-installing it, delete all related Nero files after uninstalling then fresh install it. its worth a shot before jumping ahead of yourself.
