Need xp driver for tseng 4000

Alright, so I'm a cheapskate. I bought this HP 21" single frequency years ago and need a driver for the card whose maker is defunct. For the price of a new card I could almost buy a new monitor. Anybody got a hint for me. It's based on the tseng 4000 chip. Thanks
