Need someone from Memphis!!!

Hey i'm thinking of buying a new vidcard, i have my mind set on a GF4 Ti4200, but i have a few problems, first is that i'm only 15 so i can't order overseas, and my parents won't either, second is that the cards are way too expensive over here in Holland, but in the next vacation i'm going on holiday to Memphis in the USA, and since the cards are much cheaper over there can anyone tell me where to get them in memphis and what the prices are in stores over there....
