Hewlett-Packard have won a new contract to run tech support for Microsoft. The multiyear deal is said to be worth millions of dollars. The contract means that HP will provide help using its 61,000 employees and contractors all over the world.
Hewlett-Packard already had the contract for tech support outside the United States and this new deal expands HP's reach to make it world-wide. In the market of personal computers HP is the top seller of those that run the Windows OS.

I used HP help line with my scanner. If they are as good as that with windows I'll be happy. Got a new scanner delivered to the door. No hassles no fuss.
