Need help with an animated sig please

This one has got me real frustrated, my limited knowledge doesn't go this far.

I was wondering if someone could please help me out.

I would like to put this image

inside this one, so when the eye opens you will see the above one instad of the black background

Any help will be appreciated

I am using Paintshop Pro and Animation Shop if that helps

Wouldn't be a good sig for most places in flash

Anyway, in Animation shop, put the second image in the first slot, first image in teh second slot and then see what image transitions you can do between the two.

I tried this and it ended up being like a flickering effect between the two rather than image 1 being behind image 2
