Need help with a petition

I know this has nothing to do with computers but I need help.

I work for a restaurant and we have always gotten a bonus every year but after a meeting today I found out we don't get a Christmas bonus. Sorry asses waits 1 mouth till Xmas to tell us. So now I and a few other employees want to get a petition started to send to all the restaurants that the guy owns to go against working on holidays. No bonus no holiday work
So what I need is someone who is very smart to help me make a petition that sounds good. Please help me please

Hmm, I work every holiday and have never gotten a bonus but then again, I get double time and a half for the day so I guess I can't complain
