Ok, I was testing out a program and installed it into my computer. Well now it's in the startup somewhere and I cannot seem to get it out!

I used to with Windows ME be able to go into the System Information and go to the System Utility and alter the start up from there, but its not there now.... where is it?

I GOTTA get rid of this thing! help!!!!!

Do u mean it starts up everytime? Like in the startup?

Try this:
click on start/run type "msconfig"

click on the 'startup' tab, and there you go

-{bLaDe}

If that fails - but in all honesty it shouldnt. Make sure there is not a shortcut in your "start - all programs - start up" if there is rightclick delete.

If all else fails goto:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

arg! Neither worked, they both showed me the same list. :(

Hey...lemme send this little program to someone to see if they can figure it out?

If the program is something like BonziBuddy or Gator you can download AdAware and it will help you get rid of it.

Any of the SP crew still out there?
