Hello, new here. Just found this site while searching for a tutorial on how to recreate "wind swept sand or smoke"? as best as I could describe it. So far not found the information.
I need to recreate part of the banner on this website, http://www.carsbyjim.net/http://www.carsbyjim.net/ the blue swept look behind the cars.
Anyone can please offer advice or a link to the proper tutorial?
