NAV2003 problem?

when i click scan all for NAV it gives me this error

"Unable to open the antivirus\tasks\ file. Please make sure the file exists on your system and the path and filename are correct" (3019,3)"

i have went to the link for troubleshooting but it still didnt fix anything. It said to go to my nav folder and look for
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus\Tasks\

and it is indeed there. how do i correct the button to say that it is indeed there? =\
