I would like some help for my problem. When I log on to my Windows XP all the tsk bar loaed and the "NAV" are disable untile one min. it is enabled and during these two problem I can not open any application and also I see in the task bar another MSN Messenger icon.
I install a norton personal firewall.

The delay is because windows loads the gui and all, but some services are still starting such as the NAV auto protect and such, if you turn off auto protect it will load quicker.

Go into services or msconfig and disable Workstation. That will help.
