Mysterious XP restart

Every time I start XP, as soon as I have logged in and the desktop comes up, Blue screen. Doesn't give any driver details, just lots of hex. addresses.

However, it will start in safe mode.

What is going on here, and how do I fix it?

Try to access your event log and see what it tells you.

But something I'd have to do is clear everything out of my startup tab in msconfig and download and install all the latest drivers for all hardware (download from the oem web sites, NOT Windows Update site).
