Would it be possible to run 2 php nuke based websites off 1 mysql database by just changing the default table name prefix for the second site before installing?

I can't think of any reason why not but I thought I'd check first.

Would that also mean that both sites could share tables in the db between them by using the same blocks to access db table prefixs they both use. Thanks...

I think he means like, on the second site the registerd users can browse the forums on the first site. I know postnuke can do it (www.postnuke.com) but I'm not so sure about PHPNuke.

At worst it would require a little bit of editing to pull the registration information from the same databasae.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
