Oh yeh! Sure!

All i did was use the demo version of Tweak XP Pro and it had (under the Windows Tweaks II section) and option to change it there.

If you've got this and want to remove it manually, delete the oemlogo.bmp and oeminfo.ini files in \Windows\system32.

on the otherhand you can go to \windows\system32 and edit this file, to something cool
