get dvddecrypter and dvd2avi
rip the vob's from the dvd with decrypter
run dvd2avi and load the main vob.
i think its press f4 and it will ask for save stuff
(if not f4 just save, and not save project)
then let it run, once you are down you will have an mp3.. just get some mp3 cutter and you will be fine

rip movie to hard drive
download BeSweet and the BeSweet frontend
will be able to extract either ac3 or LPCM music tracks
(trust me, you don't wanna extract em to mp3)
