Music Folder on XP

Hey, I was wondering if there is a program that can organize my music. Like rename them to what there all soppose to say "Name of band - Song Name" and then put all them into folders, and if possible even into album folders, with the right songs in each. ?????is there a program like that????

Use the MusicBrainz tagger to retrieve ID3 tags from an online database, and to rename the files.
Then use iTunes to organize it into folders based on Artist/Album etc.

when your first open itunes and put our music in it it will ask you to orginize your files.
