i got this plus! thing 4 msn, its cool how u can log msgs, im wondering if theres a way to log peoples msgs without them knowing there msgs are getting logged, like with Plus! msn messenger u can turn it off, and stuff

and it will log the msgs to any folder i want

take a look here they have many programs, and you might find one that does what u want. most of the files are temporarily down though.
