Hello, one of my friends can no longer use the webcam feature. Once he clicks on the "webcam" icon it goes straight to video call. And the same goes for when someone else tries to connect via webcam.
Any ideas?

You could try doing a complete uninstall and then reinstalling it. When you re-install it, make that there is no webcam hooked up, and that there is no webcam software installed.

Yeah, he did say that he has re-installed it more than once I believe and the webcam was DC'd at the time of installation.
