MSN Messenger and Windows Explorer

Anyone know how to remove the pesky MSN Messenger.. it's so damn annoying..damn Microsoft. Also, Windows Explorer been acting up since I installed XP.. keeps on hanging up and I have to end task. Windows Explorer needs to be tweaked a bit, more problems than 98SE. Anyone know what is up with this, I'm using Professional. Thanks.
Uninstall messenger RunDLL32 command:

To do so click run. Then Type:

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

It's not advisable to remove this program, in my opion. It's pretty integrated with Outlook Express and removing it can affect OE's performance.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
