MSN Messenger 7 Problems

Hi All

today i signed into msn messenger to find all my msn winks gone, even the default ones, all backgrounds went bk to the default white, n when i try to put another background on msn just freezes. ive uninstalled msn 7 twice n restarted computer and uninstalled msn plus, but for some reason it still keeps all my preferneces and wont put the msn 7 winks bk on for me, how do i completely remove everything to do with msn 7?

you need to uninstall it and then delete all the files left over by the installation go to program files and delete the msn messenger directory and preform a registry scan to clean all the left over values in the registry from the messenger
CCleaner would do all that i think

Tried that, n also removed the msn messenger key in reg edit, but problem still exists.
