MSN Messenger 4.7 Ad Removal

Can someone please post a link for an ad removal patch. I installed the addon for msn messenger and now i have stupid ads.

I did a search and came up w/nothing but for msn 5

Well in all likely hood that is about all your going to find as thats the newest version of MSN Messenger and the people who write the ad remove programs have move to version 5. I might look around and see if I've got anything and will get in touch if I do.

in 4.7? just turn off add-ins, they are useless anyway.

Tools menu
Add-ins

Click Start / Run Then type the following:

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
Press ENTER
Restart Windows

just install msn Plus! it will remove the ads. Or follow this link
