Msm 6

Hi,

I'm trying to help someone out with this problem, every time he tries to download the new msm 6 he keeps getting this error message half way through the install.

....we have search the pc for the relevant file but it comes up blank..

Any help appreciated

What happens when you type that path in the Run dialog?

It just tells him windows cannot open this file

That is strange. Normally this should be a directory, not a file. At least it seems to indicate that there is indeed a file named {AB.....} in the Installer folder. Otherwise Windows would have said "cannot find...". Did you look in C:\Windows\Installer (hidden folder) what is there?
