Mscdex.exe

I wish to make a Bootable CDROM to use with Norton Ghost 2003 but I cannot find the file mscdex.exe.

Can anyone help me find this file.

I have looked on XP Home and Win98 CDROMS without success.

It is on the Win98 boot disk.

Since I know you don't have a floppy drive I've attached it. Hope it is the version you need. Actually don't know if there are different versions.
