MS Word 2000 have no menu, toolbars whatsoever

This happens on my friend PC, I dunno how, but it did happen.
The MS Word 2000 have no menu (the File, Edit, View, etc) and no toolbars. Only the title bar. Other MS Office application have those, only in Word 2000. Tried repair, reinstall, remove and reinstall, still to the same result. Anybody can help?

Have you tried doing a RESTORE of your system (xp) to a date when it last worked...?

This worked for me in a similar situation

Did you try a right mouse click near the top and you get that drop down menu which shows all the Toolbars availible??
