I know, I know, M$, but it has been a good piece of hardware and I got it for free for Beta testing it.
Anyway I've just run PacketMon from www.analogx.com and a couple of recurring addresses show up that I don't know what they are;
224.0.0.9:520 rip2-routers.mcast.net
239.255.255.250:1900 ???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

Those are multicast IP addresses. Your router probably uses them for updating its routing tables. I wouldn't worry about it. I would explain in greater detail but it would require a whole lotta time and effort (typing)!
