MPU-401 Compatible MIDI Device

Does anyone know if I can update my sound card. It is the MPU-401 Compatible Midi Device "Microsoft"..
Location: intel(r) 82801AA LPC Interface Controller

What sound card can I update with if I can? Is there an updater out there that can do this automaticly..

the mpu-401 is the interface used to talk to music keyboards
its the same type of plug you hook your gamepad to
you hook up your midi plug to that device and the other to your keyboard and the keyboard plays music
without more info on what you want to upgrade to and the soundcard your using makes it hard to give you a qualified answer that will be the one you want
