got mobile phone tools from here and it didnt recognizze my phones it kept saying initializing got that solved but no i want to transfer pics the thing where u transfer doesnt light up any suggestions

right there u see multimedia studia and the light is green mine open it and is green for 1sec then gray and also it does recognize my phone's phonebook in the phonebook part multimedia doesnt regconzise anything and the parent folder grey and root folder error message when clicked on
