Mpeg screenshot

I have a little problem, I'm trying to capture a screen shot from a mpeg movie.
if I use the "print screen" button or even a program it captures windows media player but it wont capture the the shot of the movie,

is there a program that can break the movie in to frames?

Your dvd software should be able to do it. RTM
