Mp3 Organizer / Tag Editor

I am looking for a good freeware app that I can use to organize and edit Tags for a medium sized mp3 collection (~3k songs).

I use winamp & foobar for playback but I find that their tag editing capabilites can be a tad cumbersome at times. I am curious if anyone knows of a good app for this purpose.

I did a forum seach on this because I remember there being a thread about this. I think it was pre database crash last year.
